came with the box slightly squashed, but product was well intact. all 5 docks worked smoothly, have set up a ZFS pool across 3 hard drives without issue. good product.

Initially HDD transfer speed is so slow average 45MB/s on USB3 connection. After much troubleshooting the problem was solved by connecting the HDD bay directly to PC USB3 port (without any hub). Transfer rate went up to 150MB/s. It does not work in UASP mode but USBSTOR mode. I am using modern Toshiba N300 8Tb HDD.
