CHARACTERISTIC:

DY-E501 full transparent Epoxy Resin Ahesive is a 2 parts adhesive that iadopts imported raw materials and is refined by modern technology. It reaches intial bonding in 5 mins and full bondig strength in 24 hrs. It has excellent bonding strength and can bond on most materials. It is water resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, environmental protection and other superior properties.

APPLICATION:

Applicable to jewelry, electronic appliances, jade, crystal, medical equipment, fitness equipment and other industries, plastic, ceramics and other materials.

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Clean and dry the surface that you want to fix.

2. Extrude the same amount of resin agent and curing agent into the mixer (ratio :1) and mix the glue thoroughly with a stick.

Note: To achieve the strongest bonding effect. Mixing should be completed within 4 minutes.

3. The adhesive must be glued within five minutes after the glue is extruded. The glue begins to solidify, which affects the adhesive effect.

4. Apply a appropriate amount of the adhesive to the surface of the adhesive both sides and press firmly for about 5 minutes.

5. After 24 hours, it will acheive 100% bonding.

6. Ensure that the glue cap is close properly and store the glue in room temperature for the next use.

Note:

• Use the glue in well vantilated area.
• Wear protective glove and goggle.
• Avoid contact of the adhesives with the skin or eye. If you accidentally touch your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and consult a doctor.
• The bonding will varies according to the temperature. It cure faster at higher temperature.
