Please refer to illustration on the side of the box.      Spread oil onto the plate with kitchen paper.    Put the Baby Castella Maker on gas stove, heat it for 30 seconds on medium heat on each side. Recommended to use a grill net.    Place the Baby Castella Maker plate on a wet kitchen cloth, open the top plate & pour the batter into each hold of the plate (about 70% to the brim) before closing it. Do not use kitchen cloth made of polyester as the plate surface is hot.    Close the plate and lock the handle with the ring. Cook on low heat for mins. Heating time varies depending on the fire temperature. When making multiple Castella consecutively, please adjust the heating time if the plate is too hot.    Turn over the Baby Castella Maker plate and heat it for 4mins on low heat. Please check that the ring is locked before turning over.    Stop heating, check the Castellas and remove them when fully cooked. The browning of the Castellas may vary depending on the fire temperature.    Designed in Japan.
