Order received. LEXSG consolidated 3 orders into 2 packages not to my awareness.\n\nEncountered issue with a package whereby the package was updated as delivered but did not get delivered. \n\n1 package delivered only with 2 orders inside. Proof of delivery photos by LEXSG courier for the 3 orders shows a single package only. Raised cancel order for the 2 missing items but got rejected by the agent.\n\nAbout half an hour later, I decided to check outside my door and saw the missing package at my door.\n\nLEXSG Courier had mistakenly left out a package and snapshot a wrong package and update in proof of delivery photo as delivered.\n\nAfter inspecting the package and confirmed it's the missing item, I proceeded to cancel the refund.\n\nAll items received, tested working as intended.\n\n

Item received in good condition. Yet to try. But tested working ok. Price is reasonable.
