received in good condition. it came with a bag. tested out the product, it's very convenient to drag it around, as it comes with a trolley handle. bought it for my mother, who can walk, but not for too long. we bring it along when we go out as a family and whenever her knees hurt, she sits in the chair and we continue with our outing. \nI would highly recommend it for folks who just need it off and on. if you want it for someone who is completely disabled, then maybe this is not the product. I am very happy with my purchase.
