FAQ: Q: I have received the vinyl, but the vinyl film is creased or folded or wrinkles , what should I do ? A:Don't worry, it is not defective or damaged, you can use heat gun or hair dryer to heat the vinyl, and the vinyl film will be flat again. 

Q: The glue behind is not sticky when I touch it? 

A: Some vinyl wrap is using low tack glue from Germany hence it is not sticky at all when u touch it. But when u paste it to a clean and smooth surface or your car or item it will stick very well. To enhance the vinyl stickiness wrapping to your item we suggest heating with heat gun is advisable to obtain optimal result in pasting onto the surface. 

Q: How to take care of the vinyl wrap? 

A: You can use clean water or non acidic or beads detergent or soap to gently wash or gently rub it if there is stubborn stained or dirt.
