Got it during the May 2024 5.5 sale with some store discount.\n\nI think it is a great product which is advertised to have a good customer support. It is one my main considerations in purchasing this item.\n\nThe other one is the brand since they seem to be well established and will not close down their business anytime soon. They have other products in their portfolio aside from this.\n\nI also like it as it has tandem use with 2 other products: Apple Application and their myFirst watch. This allows me to expand the capabilities of what I can do with this in the future if we are satisfied with it.\n\nSoftware system used is Android.\n\nIt is a plug to use device.\nThere is no battery.\nYou need to place it near a nearby socket. I wish they could have at least designed it with a rechargeable battery.\nThis BIG drawback.\n\nTouch screen and has an alarm clock. Screen brightness adjusts based on time in the early morning.\n\nSetup is easy.\n\nUpgrade of firmware worked but seems to have bugs at initial load. Wifi credentials entered previously but after firmware upgrade, it asked me again. Naming of the frame was also repeated.\nAfter everything was fine.\n\nLots of features where contacts can be registered\n\nManual is useful
