It works like those condo lobby intercom 😂. I love how it works especially because it doubles up as a “CCTV” too - we upgraded to cloud subscription.\n\nDidn’t realized it does not come with chime but no issues - just placed order for it. Need it because sometimes we are at level 2 and we can’t hear people at the door and without the chime we need to depend on our phones to know that someone is there.\n\nIt matches my Philips digital locks too!

Bought during 11.11. So far so good. Husband satisfied with it.
