Received the product; upon inspection, all components were present. However, the box was dented and damaged. Additionally, the included microfiber cloth was missing. The SSD M.2 slot cover, meanwhile, was overly stiff—so difficult to slide open that it took quite a while before it finally came loose. Still, the device itself functions normally, so it’s somewhat acceptable for now.
