The delivery was very fast. I ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday night. Today when I was trying to assemble it, I realized that there's no instructions included in the packaging. I had to keep replaying the video, not user friendly. Also the suction pads on the sides are not totally flush against the pedestal. So if you need the rail just for added security/stability, it's okay to buy this model, but if the person really needs to depend on it to get up and down, please don't get this model.
