Quite comfortable

Poor design and quality. Chair performance does not really like what the video shown. The back support supposed to be able to move vertically up and down, but actual chair does not have this function at all. The back support is fixed can’t moved at all. The packaging box is thin providing minimal protection to the chair during transportation. The rubber stopper for the leg rest was thrown in the box without proper packing, one piece was lost. The seat only can lift up and down but cannot inward or outward. The back will bend backwards when body rested on it, no support at all. I have to keep my back straight all the time when doing my work. When I lean on it, the back will incline backwards till a lying position. Overall the chair is not of good quality. Not worth the price. Very disappointing purchase.
