Firstly, the shop didn't stuff in paper or air bubbles to maintain the shape before packaging, so the bag arrived crumpled with fabric creases and required ironing to fix. \nSecondly, considering the product's listed price is nearly 400k while the stitching looks cheap, I'm lucky I bought it on sale for 240k, so I can accept it for now. \nGive the shop 5 stars for the nice design and practicality of the bag, though.
