Upon confirmation of your order, we will add a little moisture to the nest to prevent breakage during delivery. Still able to maintain natural fragrance after cooking⭕ RECOMMENDED STORAGEUpon Receipt, please put the nest in the chiller to maintain freshness as we add moisture to prevent breakage during delivery. Alternatively, you can dry the nest by opening the box for a whole day or until fully dried up⭕ RECOMMENDED COOKING1. Soak in normal water for at least 1-3 hours until soft and fully expanded.(Alternatively, you can soak overnight in the chiller)2. Pour out the water used for soaking using a strainer. Change the water to pour out impurities that may still left since we do not use any chemical to clean our bird’s nest. You may rinse accordingly if more impurities present. (Be assured that no nutrients are washed out)3. It is recommended to cook using double boil or slow cooker for roughly 45mins. Add another 15-30mins for softer texture.4. If storage is necessary, store in chiller for at most 3 days
