Requires submersion 15 minutes in water before use, then put it on a steady surface. 2. First use the lower grit side for fine grinding in 10~20 degree angle, push the knife out with a little force, and then gently retracted. 3. Then use the higher grit side to polish your knife, don't force too much. 👍 Attention: 1. Do not only use the middle of the sharpening stone, please make full use of the surface of the whetstone. 2. Do not use whetstone to sharpen serrated blades and ceramic knife. 👍 Grit refers to the thickness of the whetstone particles, the smaller the grit, the rougher the surface, and the greater the grit, the finer the surface. 600 and below grit is suitable for dealing with breaking mouth, rolling edge and adjusting edge angle. 800 and above grit, the higher the number of grit can improve the sharpness of the tool. Note: The modification stone is used for repairing whetstone, keeping whetstone surface smooth. 🔎【Specifications】 - Product Size: 180mm60mm30mm - Product Weight: 700g
