Arrived well packed in a proper box. The size is just about right, not too bulky. All the functions work well as described. Love the P4 airbag mode that gives the feet a good squeeze, and the heating mode too. Like the P3 mode with rollers going forward and backward. Intensity level is adjustable. The vibration is not as strong though. Would have been better if additional roller is positioned to work on the arch of the feet. Overall, happy with this purchase.
