Comes with 2 metal rings to stick onto phone/case for the magnetic stand to stick onto by magnetism. The blue colour on the ring is just protective film, the ring is silver metal colour, and not magnetic, only the stand is magnetic. The metal ring is almost paper thin. The stand is 1cm thick folded up. \nThe magnetic stand is well made and good quality, but the sticky backing on the metal ring does not stick very well to phone case, may have to find other ways to stick on the metal ring to case. Had to cut and paste super strong double sided tape to stick the metal ring onto the phone case after it fell off. Works well thereafter. \nMagnet on the magnetic stand is strong when in direct contact with the metal ring. The magnetism doesn't really work if there is a phone case in between them. It becomes too weak to hold onto. The stand is magnetic on both ends so you can stick the other side onto another metal surface and it will hold  the phone up, like the fridge for example. \n\n
