I bought this product because of the brand reputation. However, after using it for a few days, the water button started malfunctioning. Sometimes it works, but most of the time, it doesn't respond, and I have to open the lid to pour water.

I only used it a few times before it broke when I placed it on the table. The seller blamed it on usage issues, but it's actually poor quality. I've bought four or five of these cups, and this one is the worst quality. It's a fake and shoddy product.
