The skirt is pretty good quality, made from a trench coat-like material that's a bit prone to wrinkles. I think it's suitable for spring, summer, and fall! Plus, it's a bubble skirt style, and the value for money is really great! The blue color looks amazing; I personally thought the white was too plain, so I went with the blue and was pleasantly surprised. It even has a lining, so it's not see-through.
