Buy your regular size in flats. They’re perfect for slim feet, but if you have high arches, you might want to skip them. They’re great for slender girls! I got a half size up, and they were a bit too big; I should have just stuck with my regular size. I’m considering getting another pair. If you plan to wear socks, you could go for the half size up, but honestly, they look better barefoot. Definitely stick to your regular size. The sole is decent and a little soft, but if you’re walking a lot, it might not be the best choice.
