 Alarm clock: when setting the alarm in the xiaomi sports app, connect your wristband. once successfully set, the alarm will work even if your phone is not connected via bluetooth. 
 To use call reminders, screen unlocking, and the find-my-wristband feature, you need to enable bluetooth on your phone and maintain a stable connection with your device. 
  Can the xiaomi mi band record and store data when the phone is not with you? how long can data be stored? 
 The xiaomi mi band can store data locally, so you don't need to carry your phone when you're out running or sleeping. to sync your data, simply turn on your phone's bluetooth and bring it close to the band to connect. 
 The xiaomi mi band (the main body, or "rice grain") can store up to approximately 7 days of exercise data. 
 Data synced to the xiaomi sports app will be automatically uploaded and saved to the cloud. if you switch to a new phone, simply bind your previous xiaomi account to the band on the new phone to synchronize your historical data from the cloud. 
 How do i connect my xiaomi mi band to my phone? 
 We test the connection of all bracelets before shipping, so they should generally be in perfect working order. 
 1. make sure the bracelet is charged and close to the phone, turn on the phone's bluetooth and keep it on. 
 Download the zepp life app on your phone, then open xiaomi sports health and select "add new device" – "smart band." 
 Sometimes, if you can't connect successfully the first time, try turning your phone's bluetooth off and on again, or restarting your phone. 
 If you're still unable to connect, try downloading the xiaomi sports app on another phone to test the connection. you can also check your phone's bluetooth settings to see if the xiaomi mi band is listed among the available devices. 
 How long does it take to charge the xiaomi mi band? does it need to be charged for 12 hours for the first time? 
 1) the charging time of xiao mi bracelet takes about 2 hours. touch the touch button to check the charging progress. 
 2) no need. the xiaomi mi band uses a lithium polymer battery, which eliminates the memory effect associated with nickel-cadmium batteries. you can charge it anytime, without worrying about it. 
 Why is my xiaomi bracelet connected to charging, but the bracelet screen does not show charging? 
 1) first, ensure the connection is correct, with the screen facing upwards. make sure the metal contacts on the band are accurately touching the charging dock. you can try plugging and unplugging the band a few times, or gently wiggle the band itself.

 When the bracelet is low on battery, the xiao mi sports app will prompt you to charge, and the bracelet will also vibrate to remind you. 
 What is the battery capacity? how long can it be used after being fully charged? 
 According to official data, it can usually be used for 15 days after being fully charged. in actual testing, it takes about 6 days for heavy use. the standby time will vary depending on the degree of use. 
  What determines the distance measured by the xiaomi mi band's step counter? 
 Exercise distance is calculated by height, exercise intensity or step frequency to calculate the length of each step, and then accumulated step by step. 
 Tips: please fill in the height information correctly. 
  What factors can affect the accuracy of step tracking on a fitness tracker? 
 The built-in accelerometer and algorithm in this fitness tracker are incredibly sensitive. when setting up your tracker for the first time, it's crucial to fill in all your information accurately and honestly! this includes your gender, height, weight, and age. even slight inaccuracies in these details can directly impact the data captured by the accelerometer, which in turn affects the algorithm's calculations. the result? inaccurate step counts, incorrect distance data, and imprecise calorie consumption estimates. this can lead to misleading data and negatively impact your personal fitness metrics. 
 In addition, your arm swing posture, stride length, body shape, road flatness, uphill and downhill slopes will all affect the step count value. 
 When does the xiaomi mi band start recording nighttime sleep? will placing the band on a table trigger it to recognize sleep? 
 The bracelet can automatically identify sleep and can distinguish between stillness and sleep.Daytime sleep is not recorded yet. 
 I've set up call reminders. how long after a call comes in will the wristband vibrate to alert me? 
 After setting up call reminders, the default reminder will sound 3 seconds after a call comes in. you can adjust the call reminder duration in the xiaomi sports app to suit your personal preferences. 
  Can the number of vibrations for incoming call reminder be modified? how many times can it vibrate at most? 
 The number of vibrations for incoming call reminder cannot be changed.  
 The phone vibrates as a reminder at the set time until it is picked up or hung up; the vibration reminder can also be stopped by touching the touch key during the vibration reminder. 
  Why isn't my smart bracelet vibrating to alert me to incoming calls, even though call reminders are enabled? 
 First, please confirm that the bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and connected to the bracelet; 
 Secondly, for non-miui and ios systems, please check if the smart band app is running (running in the background is sufficient). 
 Please whitelist the xiaomi sports app to prevent one-click memory cleaners and similar security apps from terminating processes or blocking its functionality. 
 Why isn't my wristband notifying me even though i've enabled app information alerts? 
 App information reminder must meet the following conditions: 
 1) the phone is in a dormant state and is not in use, and the background process cannot be closed; 
 2) the computer and mobile phone cannot be used online at the same time;  
 3) the bracelet is always connected to the mobile phone, and bluetooth needs to be turned on at all times; 
  How many alarm clocks can be set on the xiao mi bracelet? 
 Xiao mi bracelet can set up to 10 sets of alarm clocks.
