This computer that on bought online recently is really a shit laptop!!! The monitor It keeps freezing and it is really really annoying and cannot be used. I am very very disappointed. How can a new laptop just don’t work properly at all. I want my refund for the monies I sincerely paid to at least a decent product for my normal daily use BUT this can’t even be done. Pls let me know my refund. I felt very cheated!
