Also referred to as Sacred Frankincense, Boswellia Sacra Oil is used as a spiritual aid in ritual, prayer, and meditation.RECOMMENDED USE Use 1-2 drops in a diffuser  or 3 drops per teaspoon of carrier oilCAUTION High concentration of essential oil. Dilute with carrier oil before applying on skin. Suggested dilution ratio is one drop of essential oil to five drops of carrier oil. These essential oils contain known skin allergens.
