I got these for my daughter who loves to take melatonin before bed. I thought these would be a good variation to try. The truth is it is very subjective whether or not this helps her sleep better. But she really likes the idea of taking something before bed so whether it's a placebo effect or not, it works for her.Be aware that these have a slight juiciness in the center of the gummy.
