I discovered an issue with one of the small wheels and contacted the seller. She called to understand the problem and arranged a one-to-one exchange at my place the very next day (Saturday), knowing that I urgently needed the wheelchair by Monday morning.\n\n\nThe staff member who came was very patient and took the time to show us how to use the wheelchair properly.\n\n\nThe wheelchair is easy to use and manoeuvre. It is also lightweight, making it manageable to lift into the car boot. I am able to tilt it easily when needed, for example to help my mum go up a small kerb.\n\n\nIt would have been even better if an anti-tipper was included. Hopefully, this will be an option they can provide in the future.\n\n\nI decided to proceed with the purchase without the anti-tipper after hearing very positive first-hand feedback personally from a long-term user of five years.\n\nReally appreciate the great support of the team
