The customer service from this vendor is just speechless. They messed up my order, sending me one item short, and then accused me of trying to scam them out of an accessory! I bought a mop with two heads because I have another mop at home. I use one of the heads for my old mop, and the one they sent me is missing a part, making it impossible to install. They even claimed the mop head was from them and said they couldn't verify it! Absolutely garbage!
