Shipping of the device was prompt and fast. Received it within a week of ordering. Setting up the recorder was super easy. The app recognizes the device almost instantaneously. Tested it on a meeting and the result was excellent. The transcribing was over 90% accurate. Saved me a lot of time. The only thing I wasn’t able to test was translation. Hope to be able to try it soon. Overall, the Plaud Note is an amazing product. Wished I had come across it sooner.
