Bought this to replace my old one. It looks deceptively similar to osim brand. It works okay. I don’t like the fabric touching the eyes. Has a smell that lingered despite airing it for a few days. There is mild warm heat when using so the mild becomes more obvious. I have to put a tissue over the inner fabric when using. The outer fabric is cloth which is good. My old one was plastic which turned sticky after years. Seller gave a box of eye masks which was nice touch. Thank you.
