I was so unlucky to get a unit with a faulty \"T\" key. I sent a complaint to seller through the chat. There was no reply. I resorted to calling them. A staff answered. I was asked to bring the faulty unit down for testing. After testing, since it couldn't be fixed, it was exchanged for a new unit. It's working fine now. Staff was fair and friendly.
