Comfortable and firm insole - not saggy or sticky. The fit is good. Note the strap is short so dont think an go behind anyone's ankle. The height is good. I ordered this because I need to have height to match other leg that's in a cast. This does the job well. Just that there are bits of rubber that needs to be filed or clipped off here and there.
