About the product quality: ·our store is for decorative jewelry, not precious metal jewelry.

1. all sizes, colors and materials are marked on the details page. do not buy based on your imagination.
2. jewelry is mostly handmade and there will be some glue overflow/handmade marks. perfectionists/magnifying glass buyers should be careful when purchasing.
3. the silver needle is made of soft material and is easy to bend during transportation. it can be straightened by hand. it is not a quality problem.                 The products undergo 3 levels of quality inspection before being shipped out: <initial screening at the factory - re-screening by workers during packaging - final review during packaging>
In terms of quality inspection, we put our heart into it, taking the time and manpower to do it. [slightly obsessive-compulsive] boss da wu has been personally involved in packaging goods However, there is no way to completely avoid omissions and accidents during transportation. if you have any quality problems, please be sure to contact customer service to solve them ~                     Regarding jewelry maintenance: ·silver needles are easily oxidized and turn black. you can wipe them with a silver polishing cloth/stick. ·gold-plated products are not gold jewelry. they will oxidize and change color over time. this is directly related to how much you take care of them. ① do not touch water, toiletries, etc. when wearing it as it will accelerate fading. ②when not wearing, it needs to be stored in a closed space and do not put different materials together. The ear cuff's clasp is adjustable. if it's too loose or too tight, simply gently adjust the ear pin position. for specific instructions, please contact customer service.     Finally, thank you for choosing :)
