The customer service was dodging my questions and didn't keep their promises. They gave me a 10-buck compensation because the spice box cracked, but when I needed an exchange later on because it wouldn't stick, she said they already compensated me. I told her that's a separate issue and asked her to check the chat history. After that, she took forever to reply, and her responses were completely irrelevant. Really frustrating experience.

This product is totally not worth the hype. It doesn't last or hold up as long as the seller claims, often falls off, and there's no solution after reaching out to the seller. Completely disappointed.
