I originally bought this as a gift and started assembling the puzzle on December 24th. I had previously completed a 1000-piece puzzle in about 10 days while balancing work and kids. I noticed one piece was damaged when I continued on December 26th. I contacted customer service right away to let them know, and they suggested I keep going, offering to send a replacement if needed. By January 5th, I had finished the puzzle and opened the frame, but unfortunately found that the frame edge was damaged. I was asked by customer service to take photos of everything. Although I was hopeful for a solution, I’m awaiting their confirmation about the damage.

I suggest looking for something else, as the frame quality isn't great and returns are a hassle.
