The items are well packed, authentic and came from boxes with white paper wrapping. As seen from the picture, the lids and pots are sparkling clean. I am very satisfied with the items delivered. Previously, i returned the 24cm pot as the lid was stained with white spots and looked used. I decided to buy the 24cm pot again with the small noodle pot to give it a try again. It turned out well. The pots are lightweight and easy to wash just like the saucepan and wok which I bought fr Tefal.
