This spray can be used daily, is non-greasy, and leaves no unpleasant odor. Provides approximay 70 mg of elemental magnesium for every 4 sprays or 500 mg per teaspoon. Suggested use. Spray 4-5 times onto skin and massage the area. Can be reapplied as desired. A slight white residue of sea salt may form on skin surface, which can be wiped or rinsed off.
