The customer service was quite unhelpful. I asked how to adjust the frequency on my N1 headphones, but they kept sending me videos for the N6 model. I explained that the buttons were different and asked for assistance, but they continued to send N6 videos and images. Eventually, I sent them a video of my attempts, but they claimed they didn't see it despite it being marked as read. I asked them to clarify what I was doing wrong, but they just reiterated that I wasn't following their instructions properly. When I specifically inquired about my mistakes, I still received N6 content. It's frustrating when you clearly communicate your needs and don't get the right help! The headphones sometimes stopped producing sound unexpectedly, which made it challenging to enjoy my listening experience.

I had a rough time with this product. The sound quality during my test today was really poor, and I could barely hear the vocals. Unfortunately, customer service wasn't able to help me with it in time for my exam. I noticed that my roommate's product, which was a lot cheaper, seemed to work much better. I wouldn’t recommend it for exam use or for everyday wear either, as it’s not very comfortable and doesn't fit well on my head.
