Superlative Stands, a popular online retailer; marketer and stockholder for music support stands and related musical accessories. Superlative Stand's emphasis on quality products & excellent before/after customer service cannot be further amplified through the years as we have thousands of equipment moved through our hands from the years of inception since 2016. Find us today in Singapore; Malaysia; and the United States of America. 🚨DISCLAIMER1. Please note that frequent tuning for brand new stringed instruments (ukulele, guitar, piano) would be required initially as the new strings are still settling in/''stretching'' and adjusting to the tension from being tuned. After a week or two, the stretching process will largely settle, with the strings getting use to the desired tension; reaching a point where they are able to hold their tune consistently.2. Please note guitar strings snapping during an over tuning event is not considered to be a product defect. Just like any guitars, please tune with care upon receipt!3. For ''Natural'' coloured guitar/ukuleles only: Their finishes highlight the grain of the wood, which may include visible grains on the surface at times. These imperfections/characteristics are completely normal & contribute to the unique beauty of each individual piece.🚨LOCAL IN STOCKSAll SUPERLATIVE STANDS products are locally in-stocked. That means you, as a buyer, are expected to receive your orders within the stipulated 2-4 working days. We DO NOT do pre-sale orders or group buys where quality control may not be sufficient for every order.
