Murasaki Botan pure japanese wheat flour (unfortified) which has a very high protein of 13.5% with ash 0.55 suitable for higher hydration bread & even soft japanese buns as shown in the images.Each pack of flour wld be vacuum sealed for the maximum freshness. Botan flour has a shelf life of 6 mth.
