Not bad, I'm a woman and I installed it myself in about an hour. I ended up putting two of the bars on backward, but I'm not OCD, so I'm just going to use it like that. At first, I couldn't hang for more than 5 seconds, but I've been hanging on it every day, and now after a week, I can hang for 25 seconds, haha! I just hang there and stretch my muscles whenever I have time. My kid wants to do pull-ups on it, but it shakes a bit when he really pulls hard. It's fine as long as he doesn't swing. I just realized today that my back pain has gotten a lot better, and I'm not sure if it's because of hanging on this.
