That mean it can be a display set, play out of the water & in rhe water. Tested very satisfactory in water with a good range of remote control, fully waterproof including thebattery compartment on the ship & it uses lithium rechargeable battery, easy to control & have powerfull motors. Value for money and for sure kids will definitely love to have this as a toy or present for all occasions Strongly recommend & I might come back to buy more for my 2 other grandsons after seeing it as a x'mas present for another grandson.

The Liaoning model from China looks stunning! It's versatile for play, display, and admiration. The size is good, not too small. The carrier planes, early warning aircraft, and helicopters are incredibly realistic.
