I ordered on October 14 and the delivery address was Wuhan. On the 17th, I found out that the seller mistakenly sent it to Changchun. After contacting them, I hoped for a quick resend, but it wasn't until the 19th that I was able to reach customer service again to get it sent out. My child at school was feeling quite cold, and I noticed it was getting really chilly by the 20th. The experience highlighted some challenges in communication and management, but I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue eventually.
