The product received doesn't match what was ordered. I ordered the panda design but got the orange one instead. I was told the panda design was out of stock. Why is it even listed then? Also, the phone case has a small opening by the lens that collects dust easily, while the customer service mentioned it would cover the lens entirely, which was not the case. I wanted to exchange it for the black version listed but the one I got looked completely different and had four large openings. There's confusion regarding the material; customer service insists it's synthetic leather, but the promotional video says it's top-layer cowhide. This experience with the phone case hasn't been great, and I'm not satisfied with it. If the product were good, I'd recommend it, but since it isn't, I'm sharing my honest feedback. I hope the seller will be truthful and avoid misleading customers in the future.

The after-sales support is very solid, both in terms of service attitude and problem-solving. They quickly responded to customer feedback, sent replacements, and offered refunds as compensation, making them a trustworthy business. I hope they can improve their pre-sales process to avoid causing any trouble for customers or after-sales support.
