I was hoping for a straightforward return but was informed that I'd have to cover the shipping costs. Eventually, I decided not to return it since the shipping was too high. On the first day of use, the toy had an issue, and the seller indicated it was my fault. It's interesting because I had purchased two for my kids, and one is fine while the other had a problem.
