The customer service from this seller is pretty impressive! They kept insisting it's a coating instead of an oil film, even after I explained the issue multiple times. It's interesting how they think it's a consumer problem when I'm just trying to get help. Quite the experience, really!

Be careful when choosing, because when I opened the package, I found that the product had a leak, which is a quality issue. I contacted customer service for a replacement, but they wanted to change the return reason to something we both agreed on, which seemed a bit off to me. I can understand their perspective, but I double-checked if I needed to cover the return shipping costs, and they confirmed that they would handle it. However, they later told me they couldn't cover the return shipping when it was out for delivery, which was surprising. I just wanted to share my experience, and I have pictures as proof, so I recommend being cautious.
