I got this for my kitchen stuff, it's really sturdy and hasn't warped at all. The quality is great and it's super versatile, fitting a lot of items.

It doesn't move easily, not sure if it's the grid or the track that's the issue. I mentioned it to customer service, and they asked for videos and photos, which I provided. They said they'd get back to me, but I had to follow up after a couple of days. I ended up switching out the drawer myself, taking my time to adjust everything. It was a bit of a project, but I managed to get it all sorted out.
