After checking out some reviews online, I decided to try it out in person before buying. I have to say, it's really good! I found that the temperature is fine, and if you use the small square charcoal vertically, it works well. The charcoal bowl isn't too big, but placing it upright helps. The grilling plate is non-stick, and you shouldn’t use it at too high of a temperature. It cooks pork belly pretty quickly. I make sure to clean it up after each use and wipe it dry. I also pour a little extra water in the base. I've used it several times, and the experience has been excellent!
