The material is great, perfect for pressing pancakes with this instead of a spatula. It's pretty big.

I got the item and it's great! The customer service was super helpful and communicated well about any needs. The quality is excellent and it feels solid in hand. It's versatile too; you can use it for dumpling skins or mash potatoes, and it's great for making baby food. It's made of 304 stainless steel, which I really like.
