The quality is terrible. The small straw that sucks up the bubble liquid keeps retracting on its own, making it impossible to suck up the bubble liquid. Every time I pull it down, today it retracted all the way to the top, so I can't pull it down or use it anymore. I contacted customer service, and they said it's been over a month, so they won't provide after-sales service. This automatic retraction problem is a quality issue. Everyone, don't buy anything from this company, because if there's a quality problem with this item, they won't provide after-sales service, and it's the same for other items; if there's a quality problem and it's been more than 7 days, they won't provide after-sales service. The bubble machine is a lot of fun and my son really likes it. It's good quality and comes with plenty of bubble solution to play for a long time.
