This product is a huge disappointment. They didn't send me the instruction manual. I asked customer service about the battery life for 4000mAh. The first time, the customer service representative mentioned 1800mAh and other irrelevant numbers. The second time, they talked about 2000mAh, 3600mAh, and more irrelevant numbers, but never provided data for 4000mAh. I asked for a replacement manual, but they sent an electronic version that wasn't even for my model. I asked customer service how many hours it takes to fully charge, and they just said 'a few hours'. I spoke to three different customer service reps and zero issues were resolved. I had to piece together their vague responses myself. Avoid this!

No flicker, light isn't harsh, simple design style, flicker isn't obvious, long battery life, cheap price.
