I went to eat Yushi Steamed Fish before the National Day and found it quite good. The cooking method is pretty simple, so I thought about buying some online to try and recreate it. My attempt turned out about 70-80% similar, which is quite decent. For a pot that’s not used often, there’s no need to buy a very expensive one. Among the various steam pots, the Jidu brand offers good value for money. Apart from the handle not being stainless steel, everything else is made from 304 stainless steel, and the weight is also quite manageable. It's worth getting.
