The steering wheel that was sent was not functioning. After finally getting a replacement sent, it arrived without screws, so I had to wait again for those to arrive. I ended up using the car three times; the first time was fine, but the second time, the car stopped unexpectedly while I was driving (even though it was fully charged), leaving me to struggle home with my child. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested I give it another try. Unfortunately, during my third drive, the horn and music also stopped working, and when I asked for a return or exchange, I was informed that this was not possible. Overall, not a great experience. The product didn't meet expectations, and my child didn't have a good time with it.
